Closed when they are supposed to be open. I'm thinking they're out of business or very poorly managed.
Edit: Stopped by the store again when it was supposed to be open, but again the store was locked. Despite what Batteries Plus may say, I'm almost convinced that this store is out of business. If they're not, then I don't know what else to say - maybe call first to see if anyone decided to come in that particular day?

Went in to dispose a power bank and the Batteries Plus website said they took them. Guy at the counter straight up says that they don't take them. Doesn't give me an alternative on where to take it. Got it done at Home Depot. At least you were polite I guess. ?

They had just what i needed! I brought in a garage door backup battery that i needed replaced. I had no idea the specifics i just knew i needed a new one. I showed the man working and he found me exactly what i needed. It was quick, the price was just what i expected after researching on line, and they had what I needed in stock. I will be coming back here next time i need any type of battery like this.

Always buy my batteries here. Needed one for my truck but needed installed due to having both my shoulders replaced and they didn’t have an 8 mm socket to remove battery hold down. Bought battery anyway as I will need one and sales associate did load it for me. I didn’t have my tool bag in my truck today either. ?

BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO AUTUMN!!! This woman is a BEAST with battery installation!! To give you the whole story, I arrived Friday, 12/29 at 5:35pm(they close at 6 holiday hours). I thought because I had a newer car(2021) it would be easy.. it definitely was NOT. The gentleman that started with my car couldn’t get the case off(sounds silly but it was actually very complicated) he said I need to go to a shop to change it. He went back inside to get Autumn. She gives female mechanics a great name- She was able to figure out the 6 points to get the case off and GOT IT DONE!! She was in the cold for an 1.5 hrs and stayed well over an hour after they closed to make sure I had a new battery! AUTUMN YOU’RE AMAZING! THANK YOU!!!

It took forever to fill an online order. My battery was sitting on the online pickup rack without a ticket. I found it before the guy at the store did.Then it took them forever to find my order number and verify that I paid online.Then once they finally found my order they didn't know how to check me out and print a receipt.
