So happy with the help I got from Ezra at Bath and Body Works!! They were so kind to myself and all of the other customers. I had an online pick up but saw that I had missed a buy one get one deal, so Ezra double checked with the manager and was able to apply the deal and get me a free candle. I don’t usually leave reviews but Ezra made my day!! Thanks so much.

Go to another Madison location heres why: I had placed an order online and part of it canceled based on inventory but they in fact did have my item in stock (it was a rewards 'gift') but because my code was used it doesn't populate back into the acct. The girl at the counter was very sweet but she called the manager over for a little guidance. The manager was totally rude. She abruptly said 'nothing we can do call customer service' and walked away. To the rude manager: As customers we pay your salary. Be kinder to your patrons or find another job.

AUTISM/SENSORY FRIENDLY!I have been using their products for years without the ability to enter their store because I get really bad sensory overload. My mom would always buy stuff for me when she was in there because she knows what I like, but now I am moved out and last week ran into a situation where I needed to go in there to pick up lotion myself but could not.I stood at the doorway and called over a nearby employee who was stocking and explained my situation and that even standing on the threshold as I was was too much for me. I would have placed an order online and asked an employee to bring it out to me, but I only had cash at that time. So I asked him if I could give him the $20 in my pocket and have him grab a bottle of lotion for me, as my hands were cracked and dry and I was in desperate need. He was new and uncertain, so he asked his manager who told him yes. I gave him the $20 and told him which scent I wanted and he fetched it for me and went to go pay for it. I got my item, change, and amazing customer service. I can't vouch that every location would be willing to do this, but this one absolutely is! Of course, always try to bring someone with you to send in as a gopher, but if you are in a situation where you cannot, the staff is willing to grab your item and ring it out for you. I would say to just makes sure to use cash so you don't have to worry about your pin or having to sign a credit card slip.

They are having 75% off sale on many items. I got good deals on some of my favs and hubby did tooStaff was friendly and helpful. It was well worth the stop.

Stopped by 10 mins before they closed, knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. The associates were so kind and helpful that I was checked out and walking out of the store 1 min before closing time. Friendly, kind, courteous and helpful equals a winning combination.
