“New residents in Madison--three weeks here and my car dies! I guess we should be glad we made it from Chicago! I don't know what the story is with crummy reviews in another site, but I have to say that those reviews didn't match my experience at ALL! The owner, Mike, took care of us with the straight dope on a mystery problem with my 20 year old Forester, and it was ready when promised and for a price that made sense. Meanwhile, look for our old plate amongst Mike's wonderful collection of lisence plates. Clean shop, great manners, and NO cheesy pin-ups in the shop. We have a mechanic in our new hometown! THANKS!”

Tony’s service person met me at my friend’s house and out in the spare. The next, Saturday, Labor Day weekend I was able to get all new tires put on. Rate was extremely reasonable. Staff were so polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about the young man that handled all of this for me.”

“I am 63 years old and I do not write reviews. However, to the benefit all current and future Porsche buyers, I simply had to write this review. In fact, if I could give Zimbrick Porsche of Madison 10 stars I certainly would.
First, let me say that in my life I have owned 5 Porsches but I have never received better sales service from any former Porsche dealer as Ted and manager David have provided. Not only did they quickly source the somewhat rare 2025 Macan GTS that I wanted but they also found a way to amend my build post-freeze date. Additionally, they give me slightly more for my trade-in than that car deserved.
Moreover, Ted stayed in touch with me even while on a trip to Scandinavia. Lastly, David knew that I wanted as a second new vehicle an extremely rare 2025 718 Cayman GTS so he searched Porsche’s database and connected me with a dealership in another state that had a buildable allocation. What manager does that? Certainly none with whom I ever have worked.
What is even more remarkable is that David and Ted lost out on the sale of a second Porsche that I would have purchased from them in order to help me source the vehicle I really wanted. This is highly remarkable.
I have walked into other Porsche dealerships and have been ignored by aloof salespeople. I also have found that in today’s business world it is nearly impossible to find individuals who are honest, ethical, kind and compassionate. Ted and David are all of these plus responsive.
In closing, I live one mile from a Porsche dealer in north Milwaukee and I live closer to numerous Illinois dealerships than I do to Porsche of Madison. However, If you wish to purchase a Porsche from really upstanding individuals, make the trip to Madison and you will not be disappointed.”

“Well I understand why their name is “speedy”. We brought our vehicle in on a Friday morning, the brake situation was diagnosed within 30 minutes, pads and rotors all around were done by mid-day. Trustworthy and hard working here. Save yourself the time and money of searching and simply go straight to speedy first, they’ll take care of you.”
“I took my almost 10 year old car into Sparkle after having it in another shop for body work. The other shop really screwed the pooch with the paint work they did. Thoroughly disappointed with that shops work and lack of customer service, they will never get my business again! My experience at Sparkle has been the exact opposite. The work was done on time and on budget. Furthermore, the techs at Sparkle are true artists at what they do! My decade old vehicle looks as good as new! A couple of weeks after the work was completed, I had issues with my sun roof leaking. Thinking it might have something to do with the recent repairs, I reached out to Sparkle. They had me bring it in and determined the drains were blocked and had nothing to do with the repairs. Just the same, they cleared the drain tubes out for me and sent me on my way a little wiser (clean your sun roof drains out!). Thank you again Brian, Mark, and the rest of the Sparkle crew. True professionals and exceptional service.”

“My all around experience was GREAT! From the beginning to end working with Charity Goldberg was easy, relaxing and fun. No pressure car shopping! I expressed what I wanted, what I needed and my payment range. She went above and beyond to make it happen for me, she went as far as arranging service appointment to install the trailer hitch I had added, while still getting my Ascent to me on time and at a convenient time for my schedule. Pick up day...I had to take my dog along (he wasn't letting me leave him home) I was worried because it can take awhile to complete the signing and not all places are dog friendly, but Don Miller is!! Associates greeted him ( and me too) from every cubicle which Bentley insisted on investigating. Rory invited us both in his office like everyone brings their dog. Rory also made the paper transaction pain less, again no pressure, but explaining everything I needed to know. When everything was signed and sealed, Charity was there to explain all the bells and whistles my new Ascent offered me. Showing me how they work, where to access them, she even helped set up my Subaru app. She was patient and knowledgeable. They even invited me back in a month or so to go over anything I forgot or questions I had.
