Drove across town to buy a radio. sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes. The salesman was too busy to help and no one else lifted a finger. i guess they don't need the business.

They charged me 5x the price for a part! My auto start remote stopped working. They charged me $99 for a XL202 RF to Data Interface module that costs $18 on Amazon. Then charged me $60 to install it. I wish I could give them no stars.

Visiting from Arizona and really needed our inoperative CD player working for the drive home. Called the Radio Doc, he said come right over and an hour later everything is good as new. Charged $68, which I thought was reasonable since the local Honda and Acura dealers were talking $400+ and 2-3 weeks for a repair.
