This store is the best, they helped me out right away and Nolan was super helpful. He gave me great service and at the same time was super efficient. I’ll be coming back for sure, great experience!!

AVOID THIS STORE. Salesperson Keegan quoted us 152/mo verbally but couldn't provide any documentation. Rather we paid 162 in tax just to switch. The phone bill came in at 238/mo. We pushed in the store for the bill to be printed. He refused and said he didnt know what the bill would. It is you classic bait and switch. Avoid like the plague....Keegan.

Went there for help with a screen protector that came off. Telephone just about a year old told me they no longer supply that and wanted me to get a new telephone with large increase in monthly fee so I asked him if there was any other AT&T store that would have one. They said no, they've been discontinued. You need a new telephone. I have a reliable flip-flop for hunting and fishing waterproof with another company, so I went to a different telephone company. They all said that we can take care of that right now. Charged me a modest fee new screensaver never go back to this store again. Good day.

We had an issue with a faulty iPhone that was received as a Xmas gift. When we took the phone into this store we were immediately helped by Nolan. He was knowledgeable, and spend quite a lot of time working to solve the issue for us. If you’re in Madison and need to go to an AT&T Store, go here and see Nolan.

I had the BEST experience at the AT&T store (3302 University Ave). I worked with DANNY and he was truly fantastic. He was kind, friendly, professional, VERY knowledgeable, and appreciated his advice. He provided pro and cons for each product with regards to what I use my current iPhone for. He asked me questions and provided amazing recommendations- it showed he truly cared and wanted the best product in the store for me and my usage of it. AT&T, you have the BEST in Danny. I look forward to visiting the store (and Danny) again with any of my AT&T questions and concerns. Thank you DANNY (I will bring in Rocky next time as well). This store has terrible staff, they are very racist. On Sunday my husband and I went to this store to pay our Internet bill. And the gentlemen who run that ATT store told us that if we didn't have an American passport they couldn't serve us, so because I'm Mexican I don't have rights or what? and this page still forces me to give at least one star to be able to publish my complaint

Excellent service. My family and I went and received excellent service from Keagan. We were helped right away. We had gone to another store and didn't receive help after being in store 15 minutes. These guys are very focused on the costomer.

The AT&T store on University Avenue gives the best customer service. They resolve my issue quickly and they were very attentive to my needs and the whole experience was fair enjoyable.

Be careful at this store. They will let anyone change your passcode. My daughter went in the other day, was able to charge $350 on my account, she didn’t have the security code and the “former” inmate employee Nolan. Allowed her to change the security passcode. So she could charge what she wanted to the account. I know he’s a former inmate, because he bragged to my daughter about it during the transaction. She was under the impression that her credit card would be charged monthly not be applied to the cell bill.
