I had questions about the billing on our phones. Emily helped me on 1/30/24.She was very helpful & also helped me out with some questions on how to do certain things on my IPhone. Very good experiencI give her 5 stars

I had an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience with the staff here. I was charged $500 in error at the store and was looking for a refund. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, I was told to return to the store, as they were the only ones who could refund me. I explained this to 2 different staff members, one which I'm assuming was a manager, I was basically told there was nothing they could do and I needed to just eat that cost.Very disappointing, I'm upset with AT&T as a whole, but this experience made it worse. Wish I could leave zero stars ?

Everything was great and Josh was wonderful. Four of us needed new phones and Josh was very friendly, efficient and got us out in a good amount of time. We really appreciated his help!

ATT has a bunch of learning to do about customer service.They called me and told me the land line quality I have is poor and that they will no longer be servicing my area. We went to VOIP. We called and cancelled all of our landlines. They apparently didn't process the paperwork for a few months. We kept getting bills and obviously aren't paying for something we don't have.Now when we go to sign up for Apple watches to monitor elderly parents and have safety for them, ATT says we owe them and won't connect them to my existing cellular plan.Seems like a time to change carriers on all my phone services. They don't seem to understand they will loose all my business and their reputation.

I had the best experience at this AT&T! The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I don’t always like going in store, but this experience has changed my perspective. I definitely recommend this store to anyone! Props to the managers for keeping the place in check!
