We had consistently terrible customer service when they were not busy by one of the head people in the store. The person in the fitting room was fantastic, but the person at the front cash register was about the worst customer service possible. When I tried to give accolades to the person in the fitting room, the person at the front cash register told me she was new as if that was an issue.

I was in a couple days ago looking for some golf pants to wear to work and the lady who helped me was AMAZING! I didn’t catch her name but I’ll definitely be back to the store because she made a stressful situation for me a Breeze!

I used to love Athleta but they have had major issues with their online platform for almost a year now, don’t fix them and have poor customer service. My online order has been duplicated for the FOURTH time over the past year. If you call IMMEDIATELY after you get the email confirmation, they still can’t (or won’t) cancel it, they charge you and you get a refund maybe a month later. Total scam and bad business

I hate shopping in the stores but Heidi made it a great experience for me. She gave thoughtful insight on which sizes fit my body best and was extremely helpful, overall! They didn't have my size so I had to order in the store but it came to my house quickly!
