Stopped in to have an item notarized. I've been a customer for some time with a large amount of money in a money market. Apparently, only one notary on premise who was WAITING for a client and didn't have the time to notarize a signature (after confirming I was a customer), Lucky for me, I also bank at Chase. Gentleman there approached me asking for my needs. Took all of two minutes and HE DIDN"T ASK NOR DID HE CHECK that I had (which I do) have an account there. Looks like they're getting more of my business!

This is a review of the branch and service from Cody not Associated themselves. Cody was a super professional banker and made the experience easy and painless. If you need banking services work with him! ??

This location helped me so much with my account. I had problems with it left and right and they were able to solve the situation! There's a very friendly teller who helped me when my account went down and she helped me get back on track!

I'm tired of banks like associating just change their hours so that business people cannot think that's your bank your hours are for unemployed people they open at 9 AM and close at 4 PM this is ridiculous from federal governments giving them free money and they're charging people 22% for credit card and 4% on mortgages they can't open their banks and hire Americans and greet customers so we can do business banking

Very friendly staff. Had a procedural request regarding our accounts as we moved out of state, and they tried to find the answer. After reps from another location gave wrong answers, Samantha F. Showed full knowledge of bank policies and procedures and completed our request professionally and in an organized matter.

I have been an Associated bank customer for 18 years, of course over the years I have had numerous issues with the company. Once they lost my paycheck. Less than two months ago when using their mobile app, my check was "accepted" but the $100 dollars that is supposed to be available was never released to my account. My account type and requirements changed without my permission. They now charge me an 11.00 monthly service fee, because they simply stopped offering the type of account I had, and switched me to an account that charges me without my consent. I have had plenty of reasons to be upset with this company, but the customer service has always been excellent, until last Thursday. I went to deposit my paycheck and get some cash back. The woman at the window said that I couldn't have the cash back, because I didn't have the money in my account to match it. I was confused because I have done the same thing many times without any problems. The mere concept that I can't cash my payroll check at my own bank of 18 years really does blow my mind. The woman in the window was truly terrible with customers, she just kept reciting policy with a smug smile on her face. She was so rude I asked for her name, and she sent me her card (Heather). I went inside to talk to a manager, and the woman who was just at the window was inside with another cashier talking about me and laughing. I asked for a manager, and the woman from the window with the worst customer service ever said she was the manager. I would never expect to be treated like this by anyone, but especially not the manager. She had a serious attitude problem. Half of the time I get my paycheck I have to drive to Wal-mart pay three dollars for them to cash my check and drive back to my bank to deposit cash so I actually have access to my own money, So what exactly am I paying 11 dollars a month for? I'm paying extra to go to another business to drive back to this business, just to get laughed at by the manager?? I was obviously extremely upset and sent an email to customer care. According to the Associated Bank website "You can expect an acknowledgement of your email complaint within 24 hours" It's been over 24 hours and I have not received any acknowledgement., I did however receive a new service fee. Beyond ridiculous, do yourself a favor and stay away from associated bank.
