My co-owner and I had a great experience working with Greg, as well as the whole Associated team at Monroe St. They were accommodating, patient, and helpful. As a small business owner, it's great to feel supported by such a committed team. Thanks again, Greg.

I have been a customer for many years of Assoc Bank. Customer service used to be good, but over the last few years it has become bad. Recently Assoc Bank "updated" their mobile banking app. It is not good. It does not reflect your current balance but hides pending deposits and charges. I have verified this by contacting Assoc Bank Customer Service and was told that indeed, the balance shown - even if pending transactions are shown - is NOT to be trusted, since they see additional charges that have not yet posted. In other words, you cannot trust this bank to give you an accurate balance for your accounts. This has resulted in overcharges for me and other fees. Overall I am disappointed with Assoc Bank and suggest looking for a more reliable financial service.

I had banked with Associated for a few years prior to becoming an employee. After I left the company to go work for another bank, I continued to be a customer. I've been with them for 17+ years and I have tried 3 other banks/CU but nothing has come close to their services/products. Yes, it is a big bank and you get charged a bunch of fees if you don't pay attention to the "fine print". As long as you pay attention to disclosures and ask the right questions, there will be no surprises and their products and customer service would truly be superior. As far as the Monroe St. branch - I have been there a couple of times (parked at the Trader Joe's parking) and have had pleasant experience. The atmosphere is much nicer than the old building they had.

Was very excited to try out the new location and the fact that they provide underground parking given their busy location. However, BEWARE!! Their parking lot can do serious damage to your car!! As you are first pulling in with your car, it will dip quickly and your car is likely to bottom out even if you are going slow. The drive through in the garage is also very narrow with every corner being very close to your car. The idea of this bank was promising in theory but in practice, it is just compact and in a very tight space.
