We paid over $6,000 (plus cash tips to the workers) to move the household goods of two adults, all of which fit into a ~1,000 square foot condo, from Wisconsin to Arizona. And every single thing that we didn't pack ourselves, was bashed, dented, cracked, gouged, and just generally beat to holy hell.We have prized possessions we've owned for over 20 years that have been through several cross-country and regional, and cross-town moves. And none of them were seriously damaged until this ill-fated undertaking.Now we get the great pleasure of filing damage claims and hoping something comes of them. But we're not counting on much. Especially since the driver who delivered our stuff spent the entire time down in his truck meticulously cataloging all the damage as our stuff came off his truck -- presumably so he can claim that's the way it was when he picked it up at the warehouse in Wisconsin.Anyhow, I'll update this when we see how all that goes. But again, we're not expecting much in the way of compensation.

Horrible! Go there nothing is ready had to find the shipment ourselves and we were the labor fornthe driver.

The crew was extremely careful, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. They took extra care to make sure our belongings were protected and carefully handled. Communication and cleanliness was top notch! Highly recommend this company for your move!

I’m so very thankful to have chosen this company for our moving services. From start to finish the guys were on time, awesome, friendly, pleasant and professional all while having to go back and forth from the third floor back down to the truck. They were absolute troopers all while staying positive. They deserve beyond 5 stars. All of my items were handled with care. They made it go so smoothly for us. I’ve used Armstrong several times to help move and store my son’s belongings while he’s in college. They are always responsive, very professional, on time, and have courteous employees. I compared their prices to other moving/storage companies and their prices are much more reasonable. I also called other companies and had to wait a day or two to get a response. I’ve always gotten a timely response from Armstrong. I highly recommend them!

From my first contact with Young lady that helped me arrange the move, to the two gentlemen that moved my sons belongings via FaceTime because of the pandemic I would recommend. Armstrong to any of my friends and family. All items were packed well and arrived in good condition. If I had to arrange for another move I would not hesitate contacting Armstrong! Very disappointed in the fact that I was given this company's name through the Mayflower website as the contractor for my move. An agent called me to set an appointment and when I called back and gave them all of my information was told that I am outside of their moving area. Yet, somehow, mayflower said they could do the job. After telling Mayflower 3 different times my zip code for moving, they said I was good to go. Even the Map on the Armstrong website includes my zip code. Guess this made my mover decision very easy as I went with another company.
