I highly recommend this gym. The facilities are always clean and the variety of machines and strength conditioning equipment make it perfect for any workout. I’ve had excellent interactions with staff, especially Hannah Trush, the Club Manager. She helped me renew my membership when my health insurance benefits no longer covered my membership. She was ahead of the ball in contacting members who were affected and got us a nice discount & made the transition process easy! Excellent customer service, you can tell that the staff really cares about their members.

Positive, dedicated and helpful staff! Extremely well kept facility. Equipment variety and plenty of mirrors..... ?. What's there not to like?? I'm new to the Madison area and checked out all the Anytime fitness centers and I consider this one the best!

Pretty good spot. I went here pre-pandemic and found it to be a good place to use equipment, though I never participated in any classes or other training sessions. It can get busy at times as with any shared space, but in general it’s easy to find what you need as long as you’re flexible.

I've been a member for a few years and I enjoyed everything until I decided to cancel my membership as the cancellation process was such a pain. I contacted the staff to cancel my membership on 10/03/23, went through the process, was told I'll be charged monthly fee once more on 10/11/23 (based on the cancellation policy) and everything else was set. However, I received a text message from the staff on 10/16/23 informing me that "due to a few changes within our club", I will have to follow up with the billing company to cancel. Well, in that case, I'll be charged monthly fee once more on 11/11/23 because my membership was not considered "canceled" before 10/11/23, plus I will also be charged an additional yearly fee. I texted the staff on 10/31/23 to look for a solution but haven't heard from him since (it's been a week). I was getting like 5 calls from Anytime Fitness solution everyday for the past week asking me to pay the extra $45+$35=$80 that "I owe" due to an issue that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I even received a letter attempting to collect a debt (wow 1st time in my lifetime). It is not like $80 means the world to me, my frustration comes from this process which makes no sense at all.
