Anthology is a fun shop in Madison with two floors of unique and whimsical gifts. It is a favorite place for many visitors. The shop offers a very large selection of cute stationary, including funny cards, great stickers, hilarious magnets, fantastic books, notepads, and washi tape. There is also a great selection of arts and crafts supplies. It is very LGBTQ friendly and inclusive with its products. The shop has fun little areas, like a space for kids to make a free postcard and a place to do a puzzle. The staff is amazing, friendly, kind, and helpful. The owners are always very friendly. While some items can be a little expensive, prices are generally reasonable and worth it to support the local business. Anthology also sells curated 'good things, small packages' online, which are customized to the buyer's likes and provide unexpected, fun items. This service brings a huge smile to people's faces. It is a very fun shop with plenty of cool items everywhere you look.
Love it. Wanted to buy all of it. But who has space for all that!

One of my favorite stores downtown, and unfortunately one of the few locally-owned still standing. Don’t visit Madison and miss out on their shop, or the one next door. If you live in Madison, go for a visit. We love for gift giving but also for ourselves.

Anthology is one of my very favorite Madison stores. I never leave empty handed. Such a fun place for gifts, Madison merchandise that is not necessarily Bager, crafting supplies, the best card and sticker selection, great puzzle selection. I could go on and on but just go check it out.
