When I first signed on with Ansay I was SO impressed with the customer service. I had 2 reps, one for business and one for personal. Both were responsive, helpful and great to work with. Fast forward to late 2023 early 2024, my rep for personal insurance pretty much ignored my calls or returned them like a week later. Then I'm told he is still there but I will work with another rep and that one was just as bad if not worse. Messages about new car purchases went ignored for weeks! Had to call the carrier directly to get coverage. Calls to the main number would get me to yet another rep and that would land me into voicemail so I would leave messages for him and THOSE calls went totally ignored. What the heck is going on with this company? Thankfully, my rep for business is still awesome and responsive.

Ansay has been a great partner for our small business. Lisa and Joyce have supported our health insurance and benefits program from our getting-started stage to the routine-maintenance stage with expertise and responsiveness. I particularly benefit from using some of the online HR tools and apps (specifically the Total Compensation Statement tool) provided as a benefit of being a client of Ansay's. Looking forward to growing with Ansay!

Connie Easland at Ansay saved the day. She knows her stuff and worked with me to get a whole package of insurance coverages together for a new business.I was overwhelmed and she found not only the right coverage for my immediate needs - she went above and beyond and found policies to protect all aspects, with more coverage and lower premiums than I had in place from other companies!! She's funny and patient with my naive questions. I appreciate her professionalism and patients, so I can concentrate on my business knowing I'm covered and protected.
