Si eres hispano no re recomiendo que vallas aquí, ahi una persona en la resepcion que aparentementees rasista. Ahí otra tienda en el east, son amables.
I do not recommend this store. There is a lady at the reception who is racist. I don't know her name but she has short, light blonde hair. This is the second time she was not nice. The first time I didn't want to pay attention to her since I don't usually take things personally. But this time I did confirm that if you are Hispanic she doesn't treat you the same. I just want to say that I will never go back just because of her. She told me that she didn't have an appointment available until 1pm and I checked online and they had one at 10am and many more. My daughter didn't go to school because she lost her glasses and she urged us to leave the country. Also, she gave us an excuse for everything we asked, forcing us to leave. Then a person of a different race arrived and completely changed her tone of voice, which assures me that she is a person who does not accept Hispanic people. I suggest you pay attention to your staff, especially her. This is not the first time she has done something similar to us. That happened today 06/11/2024

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice when she greeted me then, the lady who helped me didn’t know what the difference was in the shades they have to offer for my glasses. When I asked how ñong it would take to get them she didn’t have a clue either, just said “we’ll let you know when they’re ready “.

All of the staff at America’s Best are wonderful to work with. They were a little short staffed during my visit but everyone was apologetic and kind - this was also during the big Microsoft outage - which obviously wasn’t their fault. I was in and out of my total eye exam in less than an hour. I’ve been going here for several years and plan to continue to come back!

Scheduled two appointments for 5:40 and 5:50. Called and told them I was running late and would be there at 5:54 and was told I have reschedule , yet the place is open till 7PM. Not sure what scheduling guidelines they have but most places allow atleast a 10 min grace period, if the first was cancelled I would’ve understood, but to cancel the later scheduled appointment does not make sense to me especially since the place is open till 7pm. Was hoping to show my boyfriend a new place to get glasses and was ultimately disappointed.

Awesome customer service. My nose piece broke on my Ray-Ban Aviators, and they replaced the frames and lenses. Frames were still under Ray-Ban's 1-year warranty, but I was not expecting new lenses too. Only took a week for the new glasses to arrive. Thank you for the great experience and customer service.

On 7/27/23, I had an annual eye exam with the intentions of purchasing a pair of non-prescription sunglasses and possibly refreshing my reading glasses. After my exam I headed to check out to pay and also pick up my script. My husband was at the counter; the store manager in front of him, on the other side, holding a paper. I heard him say he wasn't going to give me my script that the doctor wrote up. That it "wasn't going to work". I asked him why he wasn't going to give me my medical information; he got louder each time he kept repeating the same statement he made before. The third time, he was yelling loudly and boardline screaming. I asked him in a calm voice/demeanor to please stop yelling which he ignored. Only after I asked some of the help at the front desk for the company's corporate number did he stop and give me my paperwork. He offered no explanation. There were other customes and staff that witnessed the incident. Very disappointed; two years ago husband purchased two pairs of glasses without incident, but there was a totally different staff on duty at that time. I did call corporate to relay my experience and concerns. I don't feel safe going into this location again. I have to find another source for my optical needs.
