Was unsure if the purple pillow I had looked at other stores was the option I wanted to go with, as they only had a few options. I called Denver mattress and spoke with Matt asking about pillow options after shopping at 3 other stores he informed me they had a decent selection of purple pillows there and encouraged me to come take a look as he stated it was the best pillow he has bought yet. He was right low pro harmony was the ticket. Matt the manger was very knowledgeable and friendly and cared what you had to say.

Chayse Vasquez was one of the most perfect salespeople *for me*. I don’t like it when people are trying to sell me on something - Either you have a good product for the price, or you don’t. And hard sales tactics (like rushing me or weaponizing FOMO) will trigger trigger an alarm of sorts in me (and in previous situations, has led to be waffling on decisions for much longer than I could have, and passing up on sales).
I was initially worried when he approached me, because I expected those tactics. I said I was just shopping around, and he acknowledged “that’s fine, let me know if you need anything, will be open till eight, so feel free to take a nap if you want.” Then he went back over to his desk and sat down.
This is exactly what I want in a store.
Even when I approached him later, explaining that I didn’t plan to buy anything but came across something I liked anyway, there was no pressure at all. I had some questions, he answered them all. I said “cool, I have to think about it, give me a bit“ and walked out of the store to walk around the block a few times. He was unbothered by this, which was perfect.
I never felt pressured, and I hope that the store managers that he was filling in for do the same thing. The best sales people are almost not sales people at all. If you have a good product, you don’t need to sell people on it.

Matt was very helpful and I appreciated his advice and relaxed approach. Pleasantly surprised with the entire buying experience. Glad I went in person instead of buying something online sight unseen. They have a ton of different brands and will help you try them all out. Already sleeping much better and just wish I would have replaced my mattress sooner.
