Rental was a Mazda cx5 in great shape. Pickup was quick and the employee at the counter was very courteous and friendly. Drop off was equally quick and that employee was equally courteous and friendly.

My flight was delayed so I got in late to pick up my rental. 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. On my return to drop off the rental, I did the drop box. Super easy and no problems with Alamo. This is a great company to rent from.

When I went to pick up my car at Alamo in Madison, WI, there was a line of about 7 renters, but it moved quickly, and then it took me just a few minutes to sign up for my car (I had added my drivers license before picking up the car). I was attended to by the assistant manager, who was friendly and helpful. The Jeep small SUV was just a short walk away, in the parking lot, and it was new and clean and in perfect condition. Returning the car was also easy, so all told, renting a car from Alamo in Madison was a terrific experience.

I’ve rented from Alamo before. I love that they have a nice selection of SUVs to pick from. The Customer Service is professional and the reps are very nice. It’s recommended to rent through them. Some people have negative experiences, but it doesn’t mean you’ll have one. Check them out!

Had a fabulous experience renting from Alamo for my granddaughter’s wedding in Wisconsin at the beginning of the month. We were 100% satisfied from start to finish. Annie at the reservations desk in the Madison airport is an exceptional employee: knowledgeable, treated us as a valued customer, friendly and efficient. Our rental car was clean, exactly as described, and the GPS system was very easy to use with Annie’s instructions. The rental return process was also seamless. If I could rate Alamo a “10” on a 1 to 5 scale, I would. I will definitely choose Alamo from now on for all our rental needs. Thank you!

Nothing but a great experience renting from this Alamo location! The process was quick and easy; the vehicle was very clean; and the customer service was TOP NOTCH! Each representative was friendly and helpful. In particular, Chai went above and beyond to assist me. I left my personal keys in the rental vehicle after I turned it in. I discovered this in the evening. Time was of the essence because I had an overseas flight from Chicago the next morning. Chai was able to locate the vehicle and retrieve the keys. He was a life saver!!

Fast and friendly service. I used a free upgrade and my frequent flyer number for maximum points. The car was clean, new, and fun to drive. I picked up at the airport location and have used Alamo for both business and pleasure. I left a few things in the car, and their service manager called me. Good service is a great touch!

I rented with them this past week. Mind you I typically rent 15+ times a year for work This was one of the worst experiences I had with a rental company. I rented with a third part for a week and I had to extend the rental. They made me come back to the airport and close the paper work then reopen it. That would not have been that bad but since there was a window of like 4 hours between my extension and when I had to drop it off. They were originally going to charge me 91 dollars for that window but after some complaining they split the difference to 46 dollars for a few hours.Personally this is bad practice and have never had issues with other rental brands like this. .Moving forward I will try to avoid them and recommend other people do the same.

This was my first time renting a car from an airport and I was a little hesitant. I am familiar with this airport and knew I wouldn’t have any trouble waiting etc. The employees were very very nice and made the process easy. Returning the car was even easier. Also the car we got was awesome, super clean and comfortable ( 2022 VW Passat). Thank you!!
