This is the greatest thrift store with exceptional staff who are friendly and helpful. The products are clean and well organized with many unique items. This is a regular stop for us every time we are in Madison. We love the Agrace Thrift Store!

Was in WI on a business trip. Stopped by this thrift shop and purchased a hummingbird feeder. Lady wrapped it up for me, and when I got home noticed that she had left out the tube that came with the feeder. Called the store to asked if they would ship to me. Simple said, oh we can't do that. Ok, well if you can't give good customer service on something that was your fault to begin with, then I'll give you a one star rating. Unacceptable service.

This is probably my favorite agrace in town, this one always has the best stuff, it’s clean and well organized and everyone is always so helpful. It’s a good place to find gifts and treasures!

Easy form to fill out for FREE furniture and home decor pickup! Plan to have them get back to you a week or two after the form is placed. Mine was quicker because they had a cancelation. Seriously, it is a life-saver if you need to get rid of furniture. Additionally, their mission for donating money and support to hospice and like-care services makes me feel great where the furniture and money going. Overall, an outstanding job and service picking up my couch and side tables. Very kind movers! Definitely will be going to shop there as well as keep them in mind if I need to get rid of furniture again!
