Waited 8hrs on June 7th to off load 3 pallets. Most abf stops are very fast. This isn't the 1st time I've had this problem with the Chicago abf. They're always polite but very short staffed. I understand that they have trailers to load. But I have a schedule also.

Upack made my 876 mile move nearly stress free. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the drivers were both helpful and nice. My stuff arrived when I was told it would and in the shape in which I loaded the trailer. It would have cost the same amount for me to rent a Uhaul and tow my vehicle behind it. Upack's service made it much easier.

The drop and pick up at origin was extremely smooth. There were some space hiccups at the destination which was dealt by the cooperative drivers

Moving with U-Pack was soooo easy! The cube arrived on time and was delivered on time as well. I moved my one bedroom apartment from Madison, WI to Washington DC using one of the smallest sized cubes available. I wish it would have been a little cheaper but it was worth it for me for the convenience and not driving cross country in a truck with my car attached to the back (plus gas!). I would recommend using blankets, towels, old clothes to protect your furniture because the cubes are moved with fork lifts so it isn't always graceful when we saw them moving ours. Additionally, if you are moving in the summer from somewhere humid, account for expansion of some of your belongings. Our books expanded and cracked a bookcase; it wasn't U-Pack's fault because we packed it that way but it wasn't great to open our cube to that.

Belongings and furniture shipped from Dallas to Madison. Unfortunately desk, dishes and a mirror were broken.

A really straight forward and easy experience. The online estimate and one phone call set the move up. The container was delivered and picked up on time on both ends of the move. An investment of about $75 in blankets, straps and packing wrap kept all of the furniture items in good shape. I live down a narrow alley, but the fork lift negotiated it without difficulty. Overall the most economic way to move a moderate amount of furniture cross country . The coordinating staff and the delivery personnel were all personable and efficient
