Bought a sofa and love seat a year ago. Fabric started to pill and back cushions got lumpy after about 3 months. Will not buy their cheap furniture again.

Staff here are super nice and easy to work with. Guy was very helpful including carrying items to our car. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the prices are super reasonable. We’re very happy with our purchase.Also, we saw encouraging signs that staff have hanging up for each other and things for staff birthdays. We like knowing that we’re purchasing from people that seem to care about each others’ wellbeing.

Had a very positive mattress buying experience. Both Scott Bauman and Darcy Fellinger were super helpful but not overly pressing, the delivery service people did a great job, and we were happy with the price.

Bought a love seat that my girlfriend and I watch tv and fall asleep on every night. Paul and the team were so considerate. And I was so glad to see it was a family business. Definitely coming back when I need more furniture!

I had a brand new mattress under warranty that was defective in a very short span of time. A firm mattress with a huge divit right in the middle of the mattress. After taking pictures and sending them to A-1 They agreed to replace the mattress. So I had to hawl the old mattress to the warehouse and they gave me a replacement. But the replacement was probably a used return with the same defect as the one I had brought in!!

John Sr, his family, Rachael, Clint, Roger, & everyone at A1 Furniture are phenomenal! They have helped me so much in a time when I've lost pretty much everything from a fire. I have bought furniture from them in the past & it was beautiful, great quality, & prices!! I now have just as wonderful furniture that looks so classy with a rustic look! These pictures are of living room furniture but I also got a bedroom set too, that is fabulous!! I ❤️ IT!!! THANK YOU bunches & bunches!! God Bless?❤️?

We purchase a Flexsteel sofa and loveseat set from A-1. It is a down to earth factory showroom type business, no fancy showroom. The price was much more reasonable than the same set at Steinhafels (never buy from them- see my review of Steinhafels). A-1 customer service is outstanding! We had a small issue when the loveseat was delivered, the drawer slide was broken. It took some time to get the parts from the manufacturer but it was repaired as promised and we are very pleased with our selections. Fancy showrooms do nothing toward customer satisfaction in the home. Nice folks at A-1 from the owner, secretary, delivery and set up personnel!

Recently we were with a family member so she could purchase a lift chair with heat and massage. Rick our salesperson was very friendly and compassionate. There was one chair with all of the options that she needed. It was a comfortable chair. We were happy to hear it was in stock and could be delivered by the next day! The cost was reasonable and she was very happy with the purchase. Recommend this business and Rick is a great person to work with.

This is our 4th purchase with A1 in 30 years. We always 'shop around,' yet buy from A1 at the end of the day. Our latest salesman, Scott, was wonderful! He knew we needed to take our time looking, he never pestered us. I note the amount of years, because the quality of what A1 puts on their showroom is excellent, it lasts a lifetime!

I haven't bought anything there yet, it's been someplace I've shopped at a couple times, but bought a big ticket item elsewhere.I think the salespeople I've encountered were good and the prices are affordable.
