Old guy with white hair at counter was unnecessarily rude to me 1/15/21 at 11:35 am. Tried to return an item and he said “it’s yours buddy” and didn’t even look at me or answer my question after that…. Never going here again big thumbs down. Lots better places

Small, family ran business. Prices might be higher than Green Bay or a larger city, but you are also paying for the convenience of having a part in a small town. As long as you know what you need and the correct information on your vehicle, they can help you find the right part.

Terrible service. Rude, unwilling to help, and acted as if we were bothering him. Eye was especially irritated by an on-line order. Poor customer service on many levels. No need to go back.

Always has the parts I need and ready for me when I call ahead. To the 1st review... how do you know if they are over priced if you don't even know what the right part is? If you give a vehicle VIN # they will always give you the right part... Also, as far as I know they will refund un-open packages... what did you buy an air-freshener and not like the smell? Lastly, Wouldn't you research prices before you shop and not in the parking lot after you bought it?? Too many holes in that review.....
