200 W Elm Dr, LoyalDr.Bethany Loos did a excellent service in saving my pet in a emergency situation. Dr.Loos was very knowledgeable, and only did what was absolutely necessary to sustain Scotties life. In doing so, she kept the costs down and Scottie is now doing well in his recovery. Technician Wendy is also a very compassionate person and fits right in with her occupation. However, I was very disappointed in not being able to get Scottie into the vet the day before with a complete blockage. I was told they were booked for that day along with several other local vets. So I was able to get him in the following morning at 10:00 a.m. I went there at 8:00 a.m hoping they would take Scottie in due to his emergency. However, the front desk lady said not till 10:00. So we sat out in the vechicle for two hours. Next time I will need to take him to into Eau Claire if the situation was to happen again.I would think an emergency would come before routine check ups etc! Thank you Dr.Loos and Wendy and Skyy for your compassion and in keeping Scottie alive!
