“I opened a simple checking account at this location, and they set me up with a checking debit card. I'm low maintenance and don't go there very often, but when I do they do everything I expect from a bank.There is a mobile app where you can check your account balance, deposit a check, etc.In general the National Exchange Bank gives me the ability to have an email notification when the card is used and exceeds a set amount that I determine. Most importantly NEB does a fantastic job when it comes to fraud protection.Cons: the ATM is located inside citgo gas station up the road”
“Customer Service is excellent, but as others have echoed in past reviews, there is fees for just about everything. Also drive thru hours open at 8:30 am, not 8 am.”
