I'm not sure what the other people's experience was, but mine has been nothing but good. They make the process quick, and painless. I bought my current house through them at auction. And am selling my former house through them .There has been good communication. Within two days of listing I had an offer I couldn't pass up.

Horrible experience. The communication was poor at best. It took days to communicate and process things that were resolved the same day with every other realty company that we have encountered. When there discussion of repair, the details of the company that would be involved was refused to be disclosed to us as buyers. I could go on and on but long story, short, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Karen was not professional. Made it difficult on multiple times to get onto the property to allow inspections and viewings. Had a prior history with another agent and also did not handle that professional at all. If you want to sell/buy a home I can't stress enough to not utilize this company If the company is reflection of their staff. 1 star was 1 too many.
