Multiple times they claim my packages were undelivered due to not being able to access the front door. 10/12 I get the same notice. No one attempt, it was raining. Called the post office and said no one has driven by, she states I could come and get the package. Ummm no ! She assured me the driver was still out I would get my package yet that night NOPE ! Still waiting today. Not happy! This is a common occurrence!

Now the whole system itself may not work correctly there's people in the system that really try and fix things when they go wacky and that's miss Nancy. Twice she found my packages lost and I'm really grateful.

My wallet got stolen with my passport in it. I made a passport appointment online for the next day. There were multiple slots open. I came to the appointment but forgot my checkbook in the shuffle of switching wallet/bag due to the theft, and my debit card had also been stolen. My fault, I admit it. I rushed home to retrieve my checkbook, but the staff in Lodi told me I'd have to reschedule my appointment for next week.I get that these are the rules. But it was a 40-minute round trip for me, I'm already going through a lot dealing with the theft, and they made no attempt to help me at all since "those are the rules." I've worked fast-paced, understaffed jobs before and there's still room to help someone who's kindly asking for a little compassion--if you care enough to.I was early for my appointment. All they had to do take my picture and watch me sign the form (I had already submitted everything online so they only needed to scan my barcode). They could've still done that during my original appointment time, and let me come back to drop off the check later. They could've found 2 minutes to take the picture later. There were many options. They refused to consider any of them, because "those are the rules."

After numerous phone calls to the Lodi office then to the general post master the extreme terrible service continues. They drive 30 plus miles per hour in a marked 5 mph speed limit. This is a almost daily occurrence. I have stopped the drivers, I have pointed out the speed limit sign which is at the beginning of the drive… and they laugh at me and continue to endanger our children, pets and any pedestrian in their yards. This has got to be fixed before I start calling the police. Please talk to all your drivers. This is unacceptable.

Excellent service, friendly and quick staff. We arrived a few minutes late to our appt to submit passports for minors, they took care of everything quickly and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the Worst customer service I've ever experienced. During a busy time of year on a Saturday, arrived 10 min prior to close and was walking to the door with another customer while a third was getting out of their vehicle in the lot and the employee rushed to the door to lock it as we reached to open it and flipped the sign to closed, pointed to her watch and shrugged as if she had no control over the situation. 10 minutes BEFORE close.Then our carrier consistently forgets or misses things (hey it happens) and has to double back, which is fine. Except she drives 50+ on a 25mph residential street with blind children. Tried complaining? They don't care! I wonder who has to get hurt for them to care?!

There is sometimes a male mail carrier that must sub for our regular carrier and he delivers mail at awkward times. We did not get mail on a Saturday and we checked the mailbox Sunday morning (box empty). Opened up the windows to check on the weather Sunday afternoon and found our mail and the neighbors laying in the corner (was not there earlier Sunday morning) in the pouring rain. Many times when this sub is on we will get our mail out of the mailbox when it's delivered and then at 4:30 AM the next morning we have more mail in our mailbox. Maybe it's being delivered to the wrong mailbox but it only happens when the sub is delivering.

Delivered my roommates package but didn't deliver mine at the same time saying they had no access to delivery location. How does that make sense?

Lie about deliveries, saying nobody is home when there is someone home and they never even came to the door.

Extremely rude customer service, despite me quietly waiting in-line like everyone else. I don't expect people to treat me like a king for mailing my $5.00 dollar package, but some common courtesy can go along way when you're running a business centered around customer service. Will NEVER go here again, and would rather drive to Portage which is 15 miles more out of my way just to use any other shipping company.
