Wish I could give it no stars. Went through the auto wash and it quit after undercarriage rinse. There is no one to contact at the business. The number listed is no longer valid. Tried another number listed and left a message and NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE. Out $11!! You are better off driving to Fleet Farm in DeForest and buying their bogo car wash special on Tuesdays.

Should be 0 stars. The foam brush hose blew off while I was using it resulting in soap all over my clothes, eyes, and mouth. I shut it off to investigate what happened, it was repaired with electrical tape! I’m probably not the first to experience this. Clear coat protectant was nothing but water and the spot free rinse wasn’t working. Maintenance is non-existent. Oh, and ALL 3 vacuums don’t work.

First and last time I'll ever use this business. Went through the drive thru car wash and got trapped inside. Had to call the police to come let me out. Vehicle has been damaged. The arm of the washer ran across my side mirror and chewed it right up. Called the owner which was an out of service number on the internet to say I was trapped. Never responded. Police said this was not the first time they had to come let a customer out. Not a person in sight to help. No directions listed on what to do in an emergency.

Granted it was cold this morning. But the only water that came out for my 10 dollars was the underflush! So I googled the number for this place and it says number is no longer in service! Went to the laundry area and called that number and so far for 3 hours just a busy signal!

Decent laundry, needs some machines repaired. Good car wash though, friendly staff on site most of the time to help resolve any issues.
