Made an appointment and they started right away upon my arrival. Offered a loaner if we needed it while they completed oil change. Didn't get pushy like most places with any of the services recommended. Will return

After we had an oil change our car would not run. Ness came and took our car back to the shop Where they worked on it for almost a day. They finally discovered that a tiny bug got into a hole in the air filter.
They did not
Charge us even
One penny for all of their work.
They were great to work with.

I took my car in for an oil change, I receive excellent customer service. Everyone there were extremely kind and helpful. I really like how I could see what was going on in real time with all the services they provided on my phone. I will definitely be returning there.

This is the 2nd time I've had to my car for repairs. And I won't go anywhere else! Scott was so helpful, called & kept me updated in everything and was always able to answer any & all questions I had!! Trust these guys with my car & the lives that ride in it!!!

They found a problem with our tires that could have caused a deadly accident. Was doing an oil change and found both front tires were dangerously worn where you couldn't see it, they pointed it out and the problem was fixed. Thank you.

Scott, Jason, and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcomed. Ness offers great customer service, fair and affordable pricing, and are always able to get my car in and out for service in a timely manner. The courtesy car is a fantastic perk as well!
