This is one of my favorite few stops on my daily route. They're usually have a good selection of everything and keep everything well-stocked a very clean neat place. As well as a very friendly staff it seems to have a great management.

I stopped here to get coffee, easy access off the highway. Very disappointing, almost every beverage dispenser was out of order. I was able to find one coffee pot that worked. The cream dispenser, however, was broken and shot the cream in every direction except into your coffee cup. With its location, this place could be a gold mine, instead it is a dirty, over priced store with slow rude people.

Drove to this gas station several times during our stay in Oconto and I was seriously impressed, their restrooms were cleans and the staff was nice. Coming from Illinois it was a bit weird to see fireworks being sold in a gas station but we took full advantage and had a fun night thanks to this place!

My husband and I were driving up on Thursday to visit family. Let me remind you that I'm 7months pregnant and have to go pee every second. We saw the closest shell gas station and pulled up at 11:59pm. When we got to the doors the blonde cashier lady RAN up to the door, locked it and turned off the open sign. Hours of operation stated they were open til midnight. It wasn't my intention to go in and buy gas or food. Just use the bathroom. I understand with retail that some customers do that but that's just rude and the cashiers customer service was appalling. I will not go to another shell gas station because now I have an expectation of how their service will be.

During the storm in mid April, I drove all the way up to get some items as they were the only place open near me. I forgot my wallet, drive all the way home, got my wallet, then drove back again. (Remember, the roads were HORRIBLE) when I got back to the store, picked my items, went to pay and the power kept cutting out. Even when the pumps weren't working, the credit card machines were out and with a long line. Mary and the other lady with her kept their cool and still had an upbeat attitude. They helped me and treated me like there was nothing going on and really helped me through the rest of the weekend. I knew Mary from another store and will continue to go out of my way to use that Shell .

Every time I go to this location, I have to go inside to get a receipt. Apparently the pumps are out of paper or jammed always. This is so close to where I live, but choose to go to the Shell station that seems to be able to print receipts at the pump.
