“Shawn is about the best you will ever find. He is a square dealer and charges an honest dollar for honest work. You can expect him to call you with authorization requests for undiscovered work. I ONLY take my vehicles to him. (Okay, one exception....I took the A/C job elsewhere at HIS advice) He's been here about 15 years now and if you look at the place, the number of job's he has cued up tells the story. People like him. No Key Drop Here. You need his agreement that he will accept the job. Friendly. Wise. Competent. Honest.”

“Ben and his team were the best! Three hours into our summer vacation, we started having issues with our engine and we still had 4 more hours to go. Called several car dealerships in the area and all were too busy to work on the car. Called Ben and he was swamped too, but after talking through the issues, and given our situation, he agreed to help us out. Ben ordered the parts and had them there before we even got to his shop. “First off! This place is the bomb! I would come back here any time. I flew all the way from Alabama just to get a specific MINI from here that I wanted. “I called yesterday because one of my air conditioners stopped working. I brought it in this morning and he called at noon tellinge it was done. It needed a new fan. Joe is very reasonable. He is my new "go to" guy when we're here in Wisconsin. He is totally unlike "the largest RV dealer in Wisconsin", who still has not returned my calls.”
