We had Jorge, Fernando, and David today helping us with our move and they did an amazing job. They are very friendly. Protected all of the flooring, walls and furniture. We had alot of stuff and they got everything in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Rich and his team were very helpful and professional from start to finish. This move was from east Ohio to NE Wisconsin. Rich walked me through options and information on costs and time-frames. He answered questions and kept track of all details. He gave us clear pick up and delivery times and sent an update after the driver was dispatched. At the final destination his driver and one other mover unloaded things carefully, and Rich showed up to check everything. I was impressed.

Watch workers for a half hour. Got food ate in our truck not the uhaul. Afterwards quick check on the guys was told by their lead guy they had a 5 hr drive probably 4 times. We went paid off our uhaul locker come back trucks loaded. Great. Get to Indiana everything that matters is broke. T.v. tables are broke all wood stuff chipped everything. We loaded wife and I 2 t.v.s and fridge and kids toys doll houses ectopic. All good. Everything they touched broke. Talked to owner alls well in moving not reliable. Was gonna help though. Well talks to his guys of course their not gonna say what they did. All our home broke. Never use these guys ever.

One of the best moving experiences. Rich was very honest, and clear from the get go, and provided constant communication leading upto the moving day. We got a hit by big storm, and the movers got delayed and he kept me abreast of the situation and the schedules. He also advised to rent a bigger truck, and that was definitely great advice. He stopped by later in the day during the move, and made sure everything was going well, and was very personable, easy to talk to, and respectful. As for the Movers - Mike and Jorge - they were both fantastic, and took good care of all my belongings, and worked efficiently, disassembled and re-assembled my beds etc, and were very respectful, and accommodating. I would definitely go with Rich and his team for my next move

Rich and the staff from Tri-state moving are wonderful. They arrived on time, were very professional, and everything was moved with care in mind for my belongings. They even put my bed frames back together which was very appreciated after a long day of moving. I would recommend Tri-state moving to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future for any moves. Thank you for making the process so easy.
