“Came in the rogan's for the first time and was greeted by a young gentleman I have unique feet 13 4E hard to find but he knew right where they were as soon as I came in he asked is there something I can help you with and I said yes I need tennis shoes size 13 4 e and he was a good employee he took me to the more expensive side sort of like upselling but he also told me if I wanted the other brands they're on the other side I bought the more expensive ones then he had continued to help me find insoles very polite very respectful young man... “I had bought a pair of boots in Grand Rapids at boot barn, and within six months they started to fall apart. I live in Appleton, so I brought them to the Appleton boot barn and after some negotiation, the manager was able to get in contact with the Cody, James, boot dealer and refund The order. I got a gift card and was able to get some nice shirts and a jacket. Along with that order, I got a coupon and I wanted to pick up a hat so I went in the boot barn today. I was fumbling through the hats and Travis came over and helped me figure out exactly what size was right for me, and when they did not have the color in size, I was looking for in store he ordered it, along with dealing with several coupons and gift cards that are kind of a hassle. He happily helped me find exactly what I needed and was awesome to work with. I have had less than stellar experiences with other boot barn employees like the people I had to speak with before the manager made things right with my boots, but Travis changed my opinion on boot barn Appleton and I appreciate that about him.
