“The many bags of medications ready for pick up by the customers testify to the popularity of this facility. I appreciate that usually multiple employees are available to serve the next customer. I personally appreciate that they not only serve people, but animals, such as my dog.
I would give 5* if & when they manage to get their text message system, that is supposed to let me know the Rx is ready, to work correctly, instead of a text 5 days later in which they threatened to withhold or to dispose of the Rx if I didn't manage to pick it up promptly. I didn't receive any earlier texts. The system worked correctly prior to September, when it failed.”
