Larry is super helpful, he’s willing to work with you if you need the help and is super quick with figuring out and solving issues. Has amazing response time and is a very respectful business owner, would highly recommend!

Highly recommend L A Towing. Larry was professional, friendly, and his communication was top notch. He kept us updated on his arrival time so we weren’t left wondering while on the side of the road.
He delivered our vehicle safely and took great care.

Bottomline upfront, I’ll call Larry any day and twice on Sunday. Larry and his wife are absolutely wonderful to work with .
This is updated as we have worked with Larry several times.
Professional, courteous, prompt and affordable .
They towed our vehicle for repair without incident.
Other tow companies will offer the same level of service but you will pay twice as much.
Larry is great and he is a local business. Not a box chain.
Don’t take my word for it…read the great reviews.

I was stranded on the side of the road with my 7 year old, 1 1/2 hrs away from home. This guy picked us up about a 1/2 hr after the cop called him. I asked him to take us to Tires Plus, 3 mi off the highway, and he insisted on taking us back to his shop 20 minutes away and then to his buddy's shop. He kept going on and on about local businesses and not getting price gouged. He didn't listen to me and I felt extremely pressured. 150$ for the tow which is more than I have ever paid for a tow but maybe that's the going rate now...I don't know, but it was the worst experience I have ever had with a tow.

I was all alone in the afternoon when my suv broke down on 41N in a construction zone. I googled towing companies in the Kaukauna area where I was at and saw LA Towing come up on top with high star ratings. They looked small town and local (which is definitely what I wanted because I didn’t know what to be expecting next!). Larry answered right away, he took down my location, he came and picked me up within 10 minutes — it was incredibly quick!! He was very professional, very kind, and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt very safe and in great hands, and it was all so quick!! Thank you, Larry!! I will absolutely be calling again if needed and recommending Larry to my closest friends and family.

Used Larry’s services a couple times now and haven’t had any complaints. Priced fairly will get to you in a timely fashion unless busy. Will continue to use his service!

Larry at LA Towing & Recovery provides amazing service. Any time I’ve had any towing needs when you give them a call he answers and gives you an accurate estimate on how fast he can get to you. Larry is a very professional and genuine guy, it’s nice to have a company like LA Towing & Recovery that tries to help make the best out of a crappy situation when you have a car break down. If I could give LA Towing & Recovery above 5 stars I would!
