I tried for 10 days to get a response from the person who was preparing my taxes to be sure that she had everythingand to findoutif my taxes were done. She did not respond to any emails that I sent, nor did she return my phone call from any of the 5 message I left with people in the office. I finally went into the office in person and another preparer finished my taxes that day.The only plus was the refund/ lower pay in for federal taxes than previous years.

Our tax preparer AL Nyman is the best. Not only does he know his job really well but he is also a great guy. We like seeing him every year. Not too many people like getting their taxes done but with AL its comforting.
