My truck has now been broken into twice here and they have yet to put up cameras. Unfortunately will be resorting to have USAA file an insurance theft claim against this company to hopefully recoup my loss on the Tires, Wheels, Tailgate and tools which have now been stolen on two separate occasions.

Jennifer is never available and is extremely rude and doesn't give answers to any questions or concerns at all. Storage unit leaks every time it rains, they tell me it's fixed and it rains and leaks again. Jennifer only emails right before closing and even when I've asked several times to be called. She Only emails me. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pain in the a** to get a hold of some one. Finally did told her I needed a shed for a few months. She told me not a problem when I call to cancel I get told I don't get my security deposit back because I didn't give her enough time. She was very rude when I cancel I will never do business with this place again.

I have called a few times regrading my late step mothers unit and the "manager" that answered my calls was very rude and seems annoyed by my calls. I don't recommend this place just by the poor lack of customer service. Extremely unprofessional.
