These guys know machinery old and new. Manufacturer doesn't seem to matter either.
I brought in a struggling 20 year old lawn tractor for a repair and tune-up. When I got it back, it was like a new machine. Exactly what I was hoping for. Good people, honest pricing, and easy to work with, too.

I purchased a chainsaw chain from here for a $127, Thought that was expensive. Turns out I couldn't find one anywhere else for more then $67. I understand making a profit but double the price of any other business? That's taking advantage of your customer's.Not Right!But to ad insult to injury The chain didn't fit the bar. There was a different size chain then what the box shows, same length but different bar size. So now I have a $127 chain that's worthless to me.Buyer Beware

I recently bought a snowblower and only Dan was in store. There was a delivery truck waiting and Dan insisted on finishing up with me prior. I was not in a hurry but he insisted on putting me first. In my experience this is not what powersports places usually act/treat customers… but wouldn’t it be nice if more did.

I would give Northwoods power equipment 6 stars if I could! I have bought multiple chainsaws from them and I have never experienced such exceptional customer service form the purchase through the life of equipment. The owner and his son are the nicest people you ever want to meet and I've never not been blow away by their above and beyond customer service !Thanks guys!!!
