I would like to give thanks where credit is due. This is long overdue. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Lowther during my service call in August 2023. Thomas was exceptional in fact over the top during the entire service process with his straightforwardness, and how he to approach things with the attention to details and the service tech’s I met were very knowledgeable and helpful during this process as well but I’m sorry I do not recall their names and let me not forget the nice staff during my checkout of the paperwork and our sales representative Al Hussain
If you’re not aware of the service of my vehicle being serviced back in August. I had bought my car in for service as a “chipmunk” got into my engine department chewing though the intake air vent for a lack of better term where she had the birth of her babies in the blower fan & cabin filter area. Along with that damage, she chewed the firewall padding on the engine block, as well as the hood padding.
Back in August upon completion, the car was put back in storage and a month later when I came back from our place up north, I found out the chipmunks got back in through the area which was mistakenly was not noticed from the prior service call. I found baby chipmunks inside the blower fan & cabin filter trying to most likely escape from the blower fan. My only thoughts. That’s right this mother chipmunk was having it second liter babies in a matter of months or so in my car. She seems to be happy I brought the car back again. Hahaha.
When reaching back out to Tom, he said an amendment must be sent to the insurance company. At that point once the insurance company received your new estimate, they decided the car needed to be total due to the cost of the prior repairs. I thought to myself to just make the necessary repairs as it shouldn’t be added to the service cost from the last occurrence.
Tom worked extremely well with me, and I know also with the insurance company keeping me up to date during both service calls to the point where he even called me on his days off to let me know of the progress.
I love Heiser Toyota and understand how not finding the area the first time could happen as it not every day someone bring his car in and tell them a Chipmunk eat my car . But thinking of losing my car to the insurance company to say the least was quite bothersome, knowing I would take a loss on the value and needing to purchase a car.
I know this is a long story, but I came to an agreement with the insurance company which was long and tiresome to kept my car mostly because I know over the years owning it and having a good service team like Heiser Toyota it would be our best option as I’m retired now and this is our second car which we only drive mostly in the fall & winter.
I will continue to have my service though Hieser Toyota and as I have always done suggest to everyone, I’ve met along my way journey in life to reach out to Heiser Toyota for their next vehicle or service needs. They have a Great Team waiting to service you.

“I absolutely love our new jeep. We have been shopping around for a vehicle for the last few months, came upon this 2014 trailhawk with 89k miles and for 15k. Honestly I was shocked it hadn’t been swooped up sooner. Paul the sales manager was amazing and helped me through the final process. It was a little bit of a pain getting down to Milwaukee from Green Bay but once we made it Anthony in the business office made the express delivery smooth! We were in and out in about 30mins which I greatly appreciated after the two hour bus ride with my five year old daughter. The only thing I would say I’m having trouble with is that contacting service is a bit of a hassle the vehicle made some clunking noise on the drive home and I’ve noticed some grinding noises so I’d like it to get looked at sooner than later, also the navigation doesn’t work in the jeep and the Sirius xm isn’t working like it can’t receive the single. I’d like help figuring out what I need to do to get those features working, besides that I love everything about the jeep and plan to keep it till the wheels fall off ❤️.”
