She very patiently showed us the different sizes of units & went over pricing.I liked the fact that I could actually see the size of the unit to better judge whether my stuff would fit. “This is a wonderful clean and well designed facility. The customer service is also excellent. I was given a spot in an unpaved area, and within 15 minutes of calling I was given a new locker. My only complaint is that the gate is close to the road and feels a little dangerous, but I imagine the owner will move it in the future once the back is finished.”

“I'm an otr trucker and I delivered a 12 Harley Davidson motorcycles here from Sturgis. I was so impressed with this place! The lot had plenty of parking and it was designed with trucker's in mind. The facility was spotless and the driver room was super clean. Shannon in shipping was polite and professional and I was impressed with her, and Ken S. Unloaded my and he was super professional and funny. He had worked there 32 years and was a pro forklift operator. I really wanted to post a review because they deserve it. “We used Bluemound Moving and Storage in Dec 2023 to load three PODs, initially for storage and then for shipment to TN. Yesterday, we had local movers in TN unload and place the items in our new TN home. They were amazed at the professional level of loading and packing the PODs by the BMS team. I waited to write this review until our stuff arrived, because even though BMS packing was professional and the communication was excellent, the true test is the condition of the items when they arrive at the destination. Not one item was damaged! I cannot recommend BMS enough!! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the three gentlemen we had load us in WI, but I will not hesitate to tell all of my family and friends about our awesome experience. Well done!”

“Just rented a vehicle space and it’s clean and the parking spaces are roomy.I called to set up the rental and talked with Michelle who was super nice. I told her I could be moving my vehicle out of storage at any time (not sure when) and she gave me a tip on how to do that. She was very friendly and helpful and I’d recommend this place to anyone.”

“I've been a customer for several years now. Customer service is very good. They process my payment right off my card every month. They have units of different sizes, some with a loft space that actually give you a lot of extra space for your money. Buildings are well maintained. Although it's not a gated/fenced property, there are lots of cameras and the local police do patrols. Snow removal is prompt in the winter. Prices are fair and competitive.”
