Purchased a car a few weeks back. It came with only one key and remote. I was promised an extra key and remote (it was written in the sales contract). I was never contacted, so I called about a week after I purchased the vehicle. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the business day, and again was blown off. I was able to secure two keys and remote from amazon for $20. I had a local locksmith cut them for $12. I programmed them using onboard programming (The information was easy to find online for my vehicle). So this guy is blowing me off for $32. If you purchase a car from here just hope you don't have a real issue. Plus don't hand over a dime until all your agreements are met. Maybe the states attorney general should get a letter since he did not follow the sales contract.

Purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey in March 2024 after finding this dealer/vehicle on Summit Credit Union's preferred site. Abe, the son of the owner/salesman was very easy to communicate with. He was prompt with returning calls and very knowledgeable. About a month after purchasing, the timing belt broke, which was supposed to have been replaced prior to purchase and was also a selling point. Abe handled this situation calmly and apologetically. He offered to pay for my vehicle to be towed to a mechanic I preferred and to see what was going to be needed due to the break. Fortunately, the damage was minimal and Luxury Auto backed the work they stated was done and paid for the repair. Thank you for your professionalism. It is nice to see that there are honest car dealers still out there. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience and own a very nice used car from Luxury Auto Sales. We purchased a car from Luxury Auto a little over a month ago. I waited for a while in order to ensure that if there were shortcomings, we would know how our concerns would be handled. Well, there haven't been any problems.The car was exactly as described. We were provided a clean title with good documentation of the vehicle history. Luxury put a fair bit of work into the vehicle and documented everything. I know that their investment probably increased the asking price, but it is well worth it to get a vehicle that does not have problems or need service.Abe was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure. Moe is also personable, cordial and easy to talk to. This is a family business, as many small businesses are. Closing and titling went quickly and smoothly. It was a great buying experience. I would use them again.

I bought a very nice 2015 suburban with Abe at the helm. Very good service. Very nice car. Agree with others if you want to deal with a smaller service orientated business, this is the right one. Abe steered me multiple times during the buying process - all were good choices. I felt the honesty, pricing and effective sales and service area is a great combination. Close and local as well for me which is a plus. Abe knows his cars well - you won't find a better used car dealer.

This is the first and probably only car dealer that'll ever get 5 stars from me. Abe was awesome to work with and Dan (I believe that was his name) was great while on the phone with him. Couldn't have asked for better customer service with these guys. I highly recommend and we will be back in the future when or if we need another vehicle. Moe and Abe, first and foremost thank you. The most nicest and friendliest people hands down, and he runs his business with the upmost respect and honesty. I wanted to purchase a new car but not deal with the headaches big car dealers and the games they play. I can't recommend this dealership strongly enough. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the level of service we received. They took it upon themselves to fix, at great expense to them, issues we never would have known existed prior to letting us buy the vehicle we wanted. It's a family run place that treats YOU like family. This was the best buying experience I've had by far!
