I drove our RV from Madison to Pink's for chassis service. Great service/pricing with friendly, accommodating, professional front office, service desk and tech staff. The cherry on top of the sundae - AJ texted me, following up to ensure everything went well. Call me very satisfied/impressed!

We were told that our speedometer was off so we took it in to have it looked at. After a couple of hours and multiple tests later we were told that it was just fine! They didn't even charge us since there was no problem discovered.

It's was the worst service I ever had in my life I would recommend go somewhere else they don't do what they say and the owner was very rude and he was swearing at my wife. They told they where going to do wheel alignment and never did it.Services: Wheel alignment

The owner caring about his clientele is the only reason I am giving 3 stars here. A repair was done on my vehicle incorrectly and I was out of a vehicle for roughly 5 months due to issues prolonging from an incorrect repair. The owner was very understanding and sympathetic towards my situation, which I am assuming can be clarified as a one off because service is usually excellent here. I also experienced having to run a warranty claim on a battery that they put in and the owner immediately assisted in finding a solution due to me no longer being in that area. I know they offer free pick up and drop off when they are working on your vehicle which is extremely convenient. The business philosophy and principles are sound I just wish that the service experience was better.

Pinks tried to overcharge me nearly 200$ because they fixed things I said I didn’t want them to fix. Did not repair the problem I did want fixed correctly and put a broken piece back on my vehicle. They did not follow up with me when I communicated these issues several times.I do not recommend Pinks, and I will not be going back.
