Les Mack is the only place I'll ever go from here on out after the fantastic experience we just had buying a car there. We were in a very stressful pinch needing a new vehicle immediately and Brad and Troy were absolutely phenomenal. They made the process smooth and eased our worries. The honesty and effort they put into their work and making sure customers are well taken care of is unmatched. We trust them wholeheartedly and highly recommend to anyone needing new vehicles.

The Service and Parts Teams at Les Mack Ford in Lancaster WI are very knowledgeable and courteous and keep our older vehicle in good running order. They are flexible and accommodating to meet our scheduling needs. They suggest maintenance tips that we can do in-between-service appointments. Their work successfully corrects the issue. We highly recommend their service.

We were looking for a Ford pickup truck and we found one online. We had never dealt with the Les Mack team but I will tell you, they are a tremendous group of people. Never had I experienced such an easy car purchase before. Straight forward, no grey areas. We purchased a truck at a great price and our salesman Gary was awesome to work with. We will definitely be a Les Mack customer again.
