Was so welcomed the moment I walked in! Colten and Mike were super helpful and able to fix my headlight in a jiffy! I have always had an amazing experience here with getting my car detailed and oil changes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was an terrible experienceDon't recommend....Had to go in 5 different times to sign papersNever got to test drive the vehicle.Backup camera Never worked and asked to be fixed they said I would have to pay 250$ to fix it.Everytime I put gas in my engine light is on because the gas lid won't open by button.Gas Cap won't click to close causing the engine light to come on ever time.Will never GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND

I had purchased a vehicle, privately, that had belonged to a smoker. The vehicle had been smoked in for at least four years. One visit to Lancaster Motors with their smoke removal process, and the vehicle is smoke smell free! They were informative, polite, professional and so very reasonably priced. I could not have asked for better, or more prompt service. If you need this for your vehicle I highly recommend giving them a call.

We recently purchased a vehicle and had such an awesome experience. After the test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle but had to come back to pick it up and sign the final paperwork. We forgot a key item to purchase but they were accommodating and made it work. We are so grateful for the positive experience and our new car! Excellent experience!! Recently bought a 2013 dodge ram 2500 from them. I drove over 2 1/2 hours after speaking with the salesman. The truck met all my expectations, I would highly recommend Lancaster motors! The financing guy was also fantastic to work with!! I was in and out of there with my new to me truck within an hr.

I had an accident and within a week Mike had a vehicle for me. I was not ready to change cars and he worked well with me to find what I desired in a short amount of time. He was willing to deliver it to me because I could not have transportation to pick it up. The car was is in amazing condition when he delivered it and I absolutely love it.
