Said they would bring prescription out curbside, told them what vehicle I was waiting in. I have sick child in need of medicine and nobody communicated. I was waiting 30 minutes before going in myself. It was at front counter they said for a while.

Staff was very rude . Went in to get vaccinated and waited almost an hr . Then while getting the shot the staff member put the entire needle in my arm (which hurt terrible) the first shot I got there didn’t hurt at all but this time was awful. My arm had deep bruising 3 hours after the vaccination
