What the others have said is typical of the time they tried to have me pay hundreds of dollars for the wrong alternator on my Focus. When he complained that the right part didn't cost enough and berated me publicly about "how am I supposed to make money?" I showed him my tail lights and used the last of the battery's power to go to the Ford dealership up the road. Ford was far cheaper, more pleasant and they gave me a free loaner car. If you need help go elsewhere. If you are the owner and reading this, find a job that compliments your "personality" and nothing to do with customers or service.

Pricing information: $45.00 oil change on a car, not synthetic! Oh, they do some BS inspection and throw in a car wash... $25 tire rotation! Do they think they're in New York City!

These guys charged me 280 dollars for a tow. Most expensive tow I've had in my life. In fact. I had a similar tow a few weeks later and they charged me 90 dollars. When I asked why the price was so high the owner told me, "well its that time of year, and we just bought two new trucks." Admitted to me that he was overcharging for negligible reasons. Completely taken advantage of. Don't let them do the same to you. Always get a price first. Don't get screwed by greedy people trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting victims.
