If I could give Crystal 10 stars that would be more appropriate. She went above and beyond for our wedding. The moment I met her I felt at home and relaxed. I had people begging me for her information. After a long year of planning and discussing our vision for the wedding she blew our expectations out of the water. She handled everything and was an absolute pro. I will continue to rave about her every chance I get! Thank you Crystal! I cried when I saw how beautiful the reception hall was. Crystal Marie’s recently created the floral arrangements for our wedding. The floral arrangements were beautiful and filled the space nicely. She did not miss any arrangements and had clear notes for logistics day of the wedding.However, the communication was very challenging and the floral process lacked transparency. I was told I could no longer communicate with the florist until the week of my wedding, which as a bride, is very disheartening a vendor would treat a bride & groom in this manner. Note to future brides, you will not receive any form of sample displays of your centerpieces and no information is provided on the types of flowers selected to be used in the wedding, which was very surprising. Also, under estimate your table counts during the quote process. There will be no refunds on centerpieces once you have your final head count and your table count is lower than originally quoted, which again, was very surprising. Sharing my experience in the hopes this helps another bride during their florist selection process.

I found Crystal to be highly unprofessional. When she did communicate with us, she was regularly rude, abrasive and often misunderstood our questions. As an example, we asked about what types of flowers she was able to order and she misinterpreted as asking her for her wholesale invoice information and got very defensive. We worked with about 12 vendors to plan our wedding and she was the only one who was difficult. At a certain point she completely refused to communicate with us after simply reaching out with typical questions and wedding planning updates.The flowers were acceptable but getting to that point was a tough and painful process. I recommend considering the other local floral options before working with Crystal Marie’s Flowers.

Wow! Crystal is an amazing person to work with. We used her business for our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. The flowers were gorgeous and were exactly what we were looking for. On top of the beautiful flowers, Crystal was always so kind and helpful anytime we had communication. I never had to worry about any of my flower needs working with her. I highly recommend Crystal Marie’s Floral if you are looking for the most beautiful flowers and the best customer service!

I purchased two beautiful bouquets of flowers that lasted so long from Crystal Marie's. The owner took the time to ask questions about the person I was purchasing the flowers for in order to make the bouquet special. I strongly recommend using Crystal Marie's Floral for all your flower needs. I live in Illinois and I wish Crystal Marie's Floral was close to my home.
