I dont have anything against the store or its employees I blame the owners for lack of training when it comes to the stihl products they are a dealer for. I have a chainsaw i took in a year ago for a new chain. The person who helped said the bar was shot. OK get me new bar and chain. I no nothing about chainsaws other than they cut wood well when functioning. They replaced bar and chain and i picked up and did not use for better part of a year. Went to use this year and it kept throwing the chain. A freind and avid woodsman said hey this is the wrong chain. Well I didnt keep receipt so i went back and asked for new chain, $50 dollars, came home installed and saw ran but would not move. Now I'm pissed and decieded to take to Theisens. Staff was awesome and said i could have back same day. They determined that not only was the chain wrong again, but the bar that Ace had sold me was not the right size. Thesiens made the necesssary reairs 100.00 and boom saw is like new. Now i have a bar that is not right and cant return Thanks ACE for the unquailfied help and loss of about $200.00 plus my time. You should not even be allowed to be a dealer if youre to inept to train the people working for you.

Wasting my time. They have a new policy of not cutting down things like pvc pipes to a size that can be put in a car. Had to drive to Menards, again to get what I needed. Not the first time I couldn't get everything I needed there and had to go elsewhere, going to save myself the time and just skip ace altogether next time.

I want to thank this Ace Hardware for the excellent customer service I received. I ordered a new Weber Grill and it was supposed to be able to he picked up. We went to get it and they didn't have it but said they would put it together and deliver for free. Amazing! Got it delivered the next day. So impressed with everyone that was involved in this transaction. Thank you so much.
