Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone besides their automated system.

Poor customer service. I drop things off at many post offices and never have I just been shooed away without asking if I wanted a receipt. The bell to ring for service is not obvious and even when it's pressed it took a few minutes for them to stop their conversation and come to the desk. Will avoid from now on.

Always quick. The ladies are always doing multiple tasks and jobs, working hard.
