The storage units are clean and easily accessible. The process to rent the unit was also easy and all my questions were answered in a timely manner.

Giving this place 2 stars as the pricing is affordable for the area.Unfortunately there is a lot of miscommunication with the facility. I was told that rent is assessed on the first of each month (okay great) I was then told if I move out of the unit before the first of the month, I would avoid rent for the following month. Furthermore I was told that in the event I am unable to move by the first, the rent would be returned on a pro rated basis.I vacated the storage unit on May 6th when my new residence was available. I notified the facility via the online portal and via telephone call. Here I am on June 7th and have not received a prorated rental refund.I called Rock Lake Storage and was told I did not remember the conversation correctly and that he would “know better than to tell someone they can have a refund”Do with this information what you will. Also sir, if you could not have your kids screaming in the phone every time you talk it would be greatly appreciated.

Poorly run facility. The office is never staffed, the facility isn't taken care of anymore (almost none of the lot lights work), and the staff you do manage to talk to are rude. I used to rent Unit 039 until they raised my rent again which made it unaffordable. I was given a hard time trying to move out. They only seem to be concerned with money and want to remain completely hands off. The locker I had was a nice locker and before rent was raised almost $60 within a couple years, was worth what I paid. It had an electric garage door and an actual light inside. Plus, with it being wood construction instead of the normal metal meant it didn't get as hot. I had owned my locker since 2014 and was sad to have to move out.

Tim is a great owner. All blacktop driveways and electric overhead doors ( no need for padlocks). Very clean, beautiful construction. Many sizes of storage to fit your needs.

Rented apt from owner and he tried to coherce me into renting storage from him .He forced me to remove a motorcycle from a parking spot i was legally entitled to use and tried to sell me storage. I wouldn't trust him to do business with nir entrust belongings to him.i even moved the motorcycle when the snowplow would arrive. The other vehicles in the parking lot were not moved when it snowed. Owner is failing to mention he in fact was the snow plow driver and the fact i was legally entitled to park the motorcycle in the spot. I wouldnt trust him not to go through the contents of a storage space just to see if there was anyrhing he deemed unsavory in it.
