The BEST service and sales I have come across. We have dealt with several companies over 20 years through five rv's, and this dealer is THE best we have come across. I cannot say enough about the staff and service, and the rv's are top notch with excellent prices.
We truly wish we would've come across them sooner, but now we know for sure what purchasing an RV should be like. They exceeded all of our expectations and even added a few that NO OTHER RV DEALER WOULD DO.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Do not pass the opportunity to deal with Kunes RV sales of Lake Mills.
Ask for Chris, you won't be sorry.
And thanks to Management/Scott for making things a pain free process for us. They even obtained a better deal for us with the finances.

Our A/C unit quit working while on our visit from Seattle to Wisconsin during a heat Advisory (Temp's in the high 80's / 90's). No other RV mobile unit could take care of us at that time but Kunes RV made us a priority. They had a new unit ordered and installed the next day. The people I spoke with on the phone and the crew that did the work were very friendly & helpful and went above and beyond. They even billed the warranty company directly so I didn't have to deal with that. I would highly recommend them.

It's a straightforward process! We showed up looking at one camper, and our salesperson was totally transparent and let us know why the one we showed up to look at wouldn't work. After looking through several units, he listened to us and put us on the new camper we needed. We were in and out of finance, etc., in less than one hour! Great work, Kunes!

I needed some minor work done on my camper. Dave said they were out about four weeks. Told him I was a teacher and headed back to school soon, could I drop it off before that time. He said lot was tight but sure thing. Within a week it was repaired. Super fantastic work with great people.

We found a camper we liked on Kunes website. It was not in Lake Mills store. Chris in sales had it moved there for us to look at. We liked it so much, we drove away with it in less than two hours. Chris in Sales and Scott in Financing got us in our new camper in a flash. Yoshi gave us the walk thru of our new trailer and we were on the road. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a camper to head to Lake Mills Kunes. Jeff S.

Had a good experience with the purchase of our new Alliance Delta travel trailer but have not had a good experience since. We had warranty issue that has not yet been addressed in three months. No communication at all since our purchase. Interestingly, we received a lot of communication up to the point of purchase. All the claims of how bad the service is in the RV industry seem to be spot on. I will try working with Alliance directly from now on.

We are from Phoenix and broke a rear jack upon arrival to the campground outside Sullivan, Wi. We worked with Dave, and although they were extremely busy in service, he managed to get us in for a repair. If it hadn’t been for him, we would have missed our trip to northern Wisconsin. We had a great experience from start to finish at Kunes in Lake Mills. Brent was a great salesperson to work with. He was easy going and we never felt pressured to buy, we took our time and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. When we picked up our new camper, Jacob did an excellent job going over all the features of our new camper and was incredibly knowledgeable. We highly recommend Kunes to anyone looking for an RV!
