Until a year ago, I NEVER would have considered myself a Crossfitter. But here I am, getting stronger every day. Janelle and the other coaches are super supportive and are willing to help you adjust the workout based on where you are physically. If you need help finding the motivation to work out, or to work out harder, this is the place you need to be.

I am so glad I found Alyatt CrossFit. After the Pandemic, I found myself having a hard time getting back on track with my exercise and nutrition. I considering joining a gym and getting a personal trainer, but instead decided to give CrossFit a trial week. I am so glad I did! What I liked was that each workout could be scaled to what I could currently do. The positivity, coaching, and accountability is what made me stay. The variety of exercises and strength training is also awesome. Janelle and her other coaches truly care about the members and our goals. She is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, caring, and professional. She takes the time to learn our goals and make a plan for how to achieve them. The facility is very clean and has all the needed equipment. There are several class times to accommodate schedules. All of the members are welcoming and encouraging, it's truly a community. If you are looking for accountability and direction in your fitness journey, look no further!

I joined Alyatt to get more regular and structured workouts and ended up with an amazing coach/owner, a great community of friends, and a general enjoyment of working out. I have learned a ton in my short time being there and can’t wait to continue to grow. I cannot remember the last time that I set personal exercise goals that actually felt achievable. Being surrounded by an amazing CrossFit family not only has pushed me but has reignited my love for fitness and I have every intention to continue my CrossFit journey at Alyatt!

Dropped in for a class while we were visiting and loved it! Janelle made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Her programming is great and she breaks down the class to levels anyone can understand and perform

I joined Alyatt to exercise regularly but I got much more than that! I was immediately welcomed into this CrossFit family filled with members of different ages and abilities. Janelle (the coach & owner) did a phenomenal job teaching me proper technique. I love that the personal coaching continues at every class. The warm environment feels safe to try things I never considered possible. Janelle and the rest of the CrossFit family empower me to be physically and mentally strong. I thought I would only do CrossFit for a couple months but I think I’ll be doing it for a couple decades!

Great experience here. Was (and still am at the time of this review) a newbie to CrossFit. This has been a great gym to get started. Janelle is an awesome coach. Lucky to have this in Lake Mills. Highly recommend.

Awesome gym, very supportive members and coach! Great workouts and instruction. If you have never done crossfit or you have been doing it for years they will help you to get a great workout in. Highly recommend Alyatt Crossfit for anyone.

Absolutely love PGCF. I came in a total novice, and I was definitely nervous. All the coaches worked patiently with me and the members cheered me on. I am so much stronger and healthier now today because of them!

For me the exercise comes easy, nutrition has always been the bigger challenge. Power & Grist brought us a 6 week nutrition challenge that offered a lot of tools that are sustainable. Nutrition is a life long journey that needs tweaking and adjustments along the way. I am grateful for the recipes and creative ideas to help with this. I would highly recommend trying it.
