Not bad for a day trip. Thought it was rather cheap only coffee and tea was provided if you were having a "treatment done" aka a massage, nothing really grand about that, but overall it was nice experience throughout the day. The Spa has a hotub, steam room, and sauna. The steam room was WAY TOO HOT. You could not be in there for more than a few minutes...sauna was just right and was quite enjoyable. Hot tub was great as well, though I was not a big fan of the "clothing optional" aspect of it...even if it was the women's locker room.Pool was very nice. Lap pool, but only adults and it was thoroughly enjoyable throughout the day to use switching back and forth between the pool and the sauna. I got there later in the day and it slowed down as far as traffic...morning was alot of "bridal showers" , "girls weekend" etc...and it was hard to even access my locker without standing right over someone. The robe was fine, the slippers were god awful uncomfortable. I used mine from the peninsula instead...I was never shown the fitness facilities during my tour even though I had access to them. Decent value for a day for sure and I enjoyed the amenities overall.

Underwhelming. This spa seems dated and what a,maze of a place. The tranquility room looked like an old conference room with leather chairs and snacks. The lack of joint coed space for a sauna or steam was disappointing. The massage was good, but not the best.

The gym is good, but workout equipment is better. Having the trolley available helps much.

Overpriced food and drinks, children running wild everywhere you go, as couple without kids this place sucks it’s filled with old boring people with too much money and no sense of what a 5 star hotel actually is for 400$ a night this was huge disappointment the waterpark is for kids, the nightclub sucked, we will just drive the next time up too the Wisconsin Dells and skip this outdated disaster of wild child storage facility did I mention check in is late because they have no activity’s for anyone under age of 30

This place was GREAT! Booked a couples massage here for my bf and I and we were greeted so well, the locker rooms were clean and spacious, the whirlpool felt just right and the staff was very professional. For the couples massage, we were very well attended and they knew what they were doing .

Absolutely disappointed they no longer offer hot stone massage. The only service I utilized at this salon. Some people don't want all the flowery scents and trends like CBD.

Overall, the spa is nice, and the services and providers are all wonderful. The downside is the waiting area. It can be crowded and noisy, with a very loud whirlpool right in the middle of it all. And since they ask that you check in 30 mins prior to your service, you're stuck there. If you're looking for a 100% peaceful and tranquil experience, this isn't it.

The spa/fitness area is included when you stay at the hotel which is awesome. We went for a girl's weekend and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool. It was nice to just relax with the girls. The staff was very friendly and we are thinking of making this a monthly occurrence!

Has a wonderful day at the spa. Enjoyed a relaxing couples massage, then I tried the steam room while my wife got a facial. A great time for both. Hope to go back soon
